Our Services

  • This can include services such as

    • Chemical Balance/ Chemicals

    • Brushing/ Netting Pool

    • Vacuuming Pool As Necessary

    • Cleaning Skimmer Baskets/ Pump Baskets

    • Equipment Checkup/ Overall Pool Checkup

  • What we do

    • Pressurize pool equipment and plumbing: We pressurize your pool’s equipment and plumbing with compressed air, water, or a combination of both to check glue joints and pipe runs for leaks. This method pinpoints failures in lines and fittings that hold pressure.

    • Ultraviolet dye test: We apply UV-sensitive dye to suspected areas around the pool shell, fittings, skimmers, returns, lights, and visible fittings. Under UV light the dye reveals slow or hairline leaks that a pressure test can miss.

    • Optional premium sonar scan: For a higher-tier diagnostic, we deploy our sonar detection equipment to scan the pool shell and surrounding voids. Sonar helps locate leaks that are otherwise hidden, and gives your technician the best possible directional information for repair.

  • We disassemble your filter housing—cartridge or DE—inspect all internal parts, and determine whether the elements can be cleaned or need replacement. Services include:

    • Full disassembly of the filter housing and removal of cartridge elements or DE grids

    • Thorough inspection for tears, cracking, warped parts, clogged media, broken laterals, or corrosion

  • Skimmers that are broken, worn out, or outdated should be replaced promptly to prevent unnecessary water loss and maintain proper pool circulation. A damaged skimmer can allow water to leak behind the pool wall, reduce filtration efficiency, and let debris bypass the filtration system—leading to increased chemical use, pump strain, and potential structural damage.

    What we do

    • Inspect: Evaluate the skimmer faceplate, weir, throat, lid, and the area behind the skimmer for cracks, corrosion, or gaps.

    • Diagnose: Determine whether the issue is a replaceable part (weir, lid, basket) or requires full skimmer replacement.

    • Test: After installation, perform a leak test and check flow to confirm the new skimmer is functioning correctly.

Benefits of replacing an old skimmer

    • Prevents water loss and the need for frequent refills

    • Improves filtration and surface skimming performance

    • Reduces strain on pumps and equipment

    • Protects pool structure from hidden leaks and freeze damage in colder climates

    Recommended timing

    • Replace skimmers showing visible cracks, warped or missing weirs, persistent leaks, or severe corrosion immediately.
